30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your DiAiz jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can enjoy our 30-Day Worry-Free Return Policy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must retain original packaging and all tags
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and confirmation
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service to our return address
- Keep the tracking number for reference
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items or shipping errors
- Return shipping costs for personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, etc.) are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it's our error)
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please request a return first and then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your new item promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item. We will provide free return or exchange service.
