How long does order confirmation take?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, it can’t be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days.

Which countries/regions do you ship to?
We proudly offer complimentary shipping across the U.S. mainland, ensuring your order arrives safely and swiftly.
Please note that Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not currently within our delivery coverage.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
• International shipping: 7–14 business days
Customs clearance may affect delivery time for international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check your mailbox, doorstep, or with neighbors first. If still not found, contact us and we’ll assist in investigating.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
